The sight of a landscape,
The flight of a bird,
The smell of the flowers,
The dwelt of the beasts,
I saw, I felt, I smelled, I dwelled.
A dive into the ocean,
A hike onto the forest,
A day with the trolls,
A way to magic-holes,
I swam, I walked, I fantasized, I disappeared.
The rumble of a thunder,
The brawl of a soul,
Knowing it abides in pages;
Keeping the secrets to myself
I heard, I feared, I smiled, I hid.
The story book aloofed me,
In its wings to a world
That I would visit again
Like a phoenix bird.
I read, I read, I read and I read
And whispered; book, you are my best friend.
