Amidst a stone-cold day,
‘Bye’ the sun said down its way;
Kissed and caressed by the smoky clouds
Melting into an ashy mold.
The blossoms brushed by gentle breeze,
The rainbow smiled in vivid ease.
The wind played a solemn symphony;
Together the leaves and flowers danced.
As a gift of foggy clouds,
Started showering ‘mist-like’ drops
The tiny patter in gentlest way,
Drizzling took my hearts’ beat away.
The green tendrils ever fresh in the bath
Those red daisies blushed down the path!
Amid the festive drizzling faded
The memories it holds, unfaded.
Gently the clouds floated apart,
Bought sunburst with merry heart;
Striking the beads of dew
Feels like life all new!
Dangling dewdrops gleaming smile,
Stayed crystal clear awhile.
Drizzling, not just pouring drops
But umpteen melting drops of love!
